FarmFit app for iPhone and iPad

The role of the veterinarian on the farm is shifting more and more from curative to preventive medicine. The veterinarian and the farmer are working in co-creation to maintain and improve the animal health and production.

FarmFit is a mobile application designed to support the veterinarian both during the screening and the following up of the animal health on the farms. The app consists of multiple checklists permitting the veterinarian to register clinical observations and to get an image of the management. All of the advice and agreements made with the farmer can be pinned down in the application. At the end of each visit a repport can be made and send from the application to the farmer and the veterinarian.

Because all of the farm records are collected in one application, the evolution of the farm through time can be seen easily. In this way, a lot of valuable information is created for the veterinarian which he can use to support the farmer. All of this will further improve the proces of co-creation.
